There was a good post on how to make a throttle stop. It may be in the archives. I tried it and it worked great.

Scram-Man,
Any idea how far back in the archives? I was going to go to the hardware store and buy the right pitch bolt and two (jam) nuts. I tried to elicit help from the YZ guys. As of yet no help. I do not know how long the stop should be.

MotoGreg mentioned in an old post that http://www.sudco.com is a source for carb parts. You might give them a try.....
