I suffer from what is commonly know as "short inseam." Lately, I've been getting pain in my hip socket when I throw my leg over the scoot even though it's been lowered. I'm curious how I should stretch to try and counteract this. I guess it's equivalent to stretching for a high karate side kick.... what should I do?
