Stop eating those Jelley Donuts.. :D

Seriously, the best ways i can think of in order of preference:

1. Pipe (including header)
2. Rear fender. Replace it with something lighter from Acerbis
3. Radiator overflow resivour on rear left plate. (although, I left mine on)
4. YZ Seat and Tank
5. Replace gear box covers and engine casings with carbon fibre
6. Titanium everything.....

How is that to start with. I figure you will be in for about US$4,000 for all that... :D...

Realistically, the pipe is the biggest saver. Personally speaking, I am losing more weight rather than the bike.. :)

One thing I did was put on a UFO rear guard and tailight and it is heaps light than stock, should have weighed them both, but you know what it's like when you get into something and can't stop.

FYI

Guess how much a complete Titainium bolt kit costs ?

$6000 AUD !!!!!

Imagine what Bartolini's bike must be worth.

The biggest actual weight loss should be the pipe and kickstand. The biggest feeling of weight loss will be from the tank/seat. The wr feels 50 lb. heavier than the yz just because of the big bulky tank.
