This past wensday i meet a few buddies up at the track closest to my house. Where i had a big crash at least thats what im told. No one had seen me fall they just found me there after the step up. I have been home for about two hours now. But i still don't remember going ridding the first hospital they took me to or the crash. I didn't break any bones but i knocked my self out pretty good. Plus my back hurts like all:censored:. i can barley walk around without being in pain. Now to my overdue question how long should i wait till i get back on my bike. what exercises or things i can do to get this done faster?

Listen to your Dr and listen to your body. Any other advice will probably be irrelevant since nobody really knows what your situation is.

Go see a doctor (again). You had a concussion, apparently severe enough to wipe out your memories of several hours. That's bad.

You may have other injuries, especially if you barely remember the ER.

You also need a new helmet. Your old one did it's job of keeping you alive, even if you got a concussion.

Don't get on the bike again until you do the things listed above and the doc has a chance to check you out thoroughly.

This is very good advice... do what he ^^^^ say's.. especially the part about seeing a Dr., if you can't remember the hospital visit you need a follow up appt...
