07WR450 jetting HELP

I ve searched the jetting database till i m blue in the face...I ve tried all the suggestions , PLUS 2 jet kits, the JD and the Dynojet stage 2 kit and cannot get the hesitation out of the Wr...I m currently running the JD kit with the red needle 4th slot, 168 main and 48 pilot with the large o ring...I ve got the zip ty screw and have wore it out, lol.....I ve also done the usual mods, grey wire, airbox , throttle stop , AIS removal.....I ve also installed a stock Yz full exhaust from my 07 Yz450...thing is, it runs perfect with the same Jd jet kit, and i thought they were basically the same motor except the cams. Anyone have any suggestions, the wr is brand new, only a few miles on it. I m converting it to motard and just need to get the jetting right.....thanks in advance...Larry

i too have 07 i m on blue needle 4th clip 165 main and 48 pilot at sea level with thin washer follwed jd instructions also have full pipe and all free mods with fuel screw i have no bog bike runs good but i m sure it can still improve tonight i m gonna swap to red needle and thick o ring, its going on dynojet next week and ill post results(i m in uk though)

The WR's carb has the ACV circuit where , if you look , the YZ's carb only has the casting for the ACV circuit. Disabling the ACV will make your jetting easier to deal with. There are several schools of thought on disabling the ACV, do a search and find the one that's right for you. WR Dave.
