They made me mod of the Husqvarna section of TT. Usually hang out in the TE/TC/SM section. If you guys need anything let me know and will try to accommodate.

YES!

Actually I had sugested that in a post not to long ago. It seems that there is a lot of good parts info out there but you really have to dig for it. Parts made for 4 stroke models that will also fit 2 strokes. Parts for other manufacturers that will fit Husky 2 strokes etc.

How agout a sticky for jetting on the 38mm tmx carb. Seems like there has been alot of good threads on the subject. Would hate to see any of it get lost.

All right - sounds good.

Going to try to keep the number of stickies to a minimum when everything is done but that may be awhile.

Start gathering your thoughts & info what might be good for the people surfing the Husqvarna 2st section type info & what might be good reference information. Not everything is going to make it into a sticky though because it would be so long people would tend not to read it which would defeat the purpose of having a sticky in the first place.

I have a plan which will be implemented for the 4 st section then when the bugs are worked out a similar plan for this 2st section...

Need to know what you guys really want.

I just put up an "Important Information" sticky at the top of the husky 4st section. Could you guys check it out?

Do you want something like that or just a couple of standard stickies like in all the other sections of Thumper Talk?

Coffee, I did check out the Important info sticky... awesome job:thumbsup:

Thank you for all the work you put into it!

I think we should start with a normal sticky and when enough info is gathered do something like what you did in the 4 stroke section. My opinion

Well ok - make a thread about it, collect all the info there, then on a post towards the end of the thread make a summary.

-"post good 38mm tmx info here"
-a bunch of posts......
-then one post somewhere in that thread that makes a summary or at least a group of links.

Or do it anyway you want I certainly have no preference. I have no clue what a 38mm tmx carb is so you probably don't want me collecting the information.

Once enough info is collected on stuff like that we can arrange it somehow in a sticky.

Thanks. I've done a little looking for parts without much luck.

I have a 78 390 AMX that's like new but the rubber goods are deteriorated. Know where I can get a a carb adapter and fender mounts?

I have another old Husky, about the same vintage, that's pretty much complete, but a little rusty, and I don't plan to restore it. Maybe I should find out what it is and offer it for parts if I can get to it.

I like to go onto the model/make specific forums to see picture threads. Since the husky 2ts are more rare I think it would be a good idea to have one so we can see them all in one place. :busted:

How about one for the autos. Parts are getting a little difficult to find smetimes but several of us are slowly collecting info regarding outside/aftermarket sources etc.

would be fantastic and also it would be good to break the threads down in to models like on some of the other pages or at least have a search whith in the thread.
