I do!
My chiropractor is a little unique in that he does some localized massage and stretching - almost like physical therapy. I work in front of a computer and my right arm was starting to hurt *really* bad - sort of like carpal tunnel. A co-worker referred me to him and after the first visit where he did some massage and stretching on my shoulder, my arm instantly began to feel better.
It's one of those things that you have to go somewhat regularly to keep it up, though. I go every 2-3 weeks.

I do too, in fact my dad is one. He does an excellent job, and treats many athletes on a regualr basis. They say that it helps them keep it top shape. Many MX'ers do too. I saw in DirtRider, that many of the top pros visit their chiropractor.

In addition add a Therapeutic Message every now and then too...many benefits.

Mike Miller in Temple City, Ca. ruined my neck. See him at your peril.
Personally, I will not seek treatment from ANY chiropractor again.

You need to be very selective about who you go to. Like any doc, they can help, or they can hurt.
By all means do some research, ask your friends for who they trust.
Personally, I find the hard core chiros to be scary. Namely, old school: heat is always bad, why bother stretching and preparing your body first? I like to turn you into a pretzel and then body slam you, this hurts? let's snap your neck even HARDER. What's a neurological test? X-rays, you don't ever need 'em. Let me charge you to watch this stupid video. Oh, and then you need to come in every day for the next 6 months....while I charge you.
Ok so, the chiro I look for give you a massage/and or heat therapy first to loosen up muscles. Use activators. And what they say makes common sense. And are not anti MDs.
I really believe they can help alot. I used to have head aches that would last 3 weeks or so. I don't get them anymore ever. I also have FMS and the accompanying TMJ. Mine taught me stretches and pressure point therapy for free and educated me as much as possible in order for me to make myself feel better.

I'm currently trying my third one and so far, he's the only one who has done any good. Previously, when my back would "go out", it would be a long downhill slide until I was stuck in bed for weeks, regardless of what any docs, therapists, or chiropractors did. I started getting bad again in May and saw drastic improvement after a week of treatment from this new guy. I only tried him after a chance meeting with a patient of his who got relief after 20+ years of pain that resulted from a car wreck.
This chiropractor isn't so much into the whacking and cracking. He's big on diet and supplements, plus he uses a machine that is supposed to be a form of traction. I thought the machine was hokey at first but I can't argue with the results.
