I have just noticed these little pimples on my back and back of my shoulders. There's about 50 or so. What's up with this? I take a lot of pride in my back, but these pimples are making me really self-conscious, especially at the pool/beach. :censored:

I've heard you should stack deca with the test so you don't have acne as bad...:busted:

try Neutrogena Body Clear Body Scrub and a body buff fluffy thing.
Hormones and or food alergies can cause this. Or just not cleaning very good!!
Or steroids. (ha ha)

Now for a serious response from someone who knows what they are talking about....:prof:
A couple of questions:
1. I suspect your age is not really 82:crazy:
2. Your face is looking pretty good, right?
3. Minimal problems on your back prior to summer, right?
If so, you probably have a lesser known variant of acne known as Pityrosporum folliculitis. Even some derms miss this one. It usually occurs in athletes who are sweating alot, in particular in the hot humid weather of the summer. It favors the back, and the chest to a lesser degree- the face is often spared or minimally involved. The pimples are normally small in size but very numerous. It is usually treated with a short course of ketoconazole (an anti-yeast pill). See a dermatologist- they'll know what it is all about.

I have no idea what deca is, but I assume it's steroid-related. lol I can see why you would say that.
