I recently bought an 05 wr450 that I'd like to get CA dual sport set up and seems as though you have had some success. Would like to get your input.

I have a dual sport kit and plate for an 01 YZ426. That bike is a beast to fire up and I never put the kit on. Am hoping to somehow use that kit on the WR...trick is how to get the WR registered as street legal. Any ideas...links listing what is needed?

Thanks,

Brad

Put the DS kit on the 426 and sell it. In Ca you should get a premium for it. Good luck with plating the 450 though. It is still possible, but you have to spend the money for a DS kit first and then you might get shot down. Try different DMV's until you get lucky. Don't waste your time with the one in San Clemente. The manager there is a major BITCH!!
