my brother was out riding my 07 yz250f and after about ten minutes the bike bogged and shut off. It started back up first kick but it wouldn't idle so I adjusted it but it still really doesn't want to idle. Also I just had the carb out for cleaning so I'm thinkin maybe I have a clogged pilot jet or something. So I just filled the bowl with carb cleaner and I'm gonna let it sit overnight. wat do you think?

letting your carb sit several hours with carb cleaner in it will hurt more than it helps, that stuff is very hard on plastic (floats) and rubber (valve tip) Take the carb off again and clean it and drain your fuel tank and replace with fresh fuel. Also check your vent line to the tank.

check the jetting and fuel screw
jetting wont make your bike bog and just shut off after 10 minutes....
