2007 WR450F: Took off the AIS per thumpertalk instructions but I also removed the hose that connects to the starter motor. What does the other end connect to? Where do you route the crankcase breather hose to?

Thanks

Chris

Put it back. That is a part of your crankcase breather hose system. If you follow the hose out of the valve cover, it goes down the right side and connects to one of the upper arms of a "Y". The hose from the lower part of the Y connects to the starter and this is where any oil that's blown out of the crank case drains back into the motor. Another hose connects to the other upper arm of the Y and goes UP, back across the valve cover, and down the left side to the lower connection in the air box.
