pilot 48

I have used the search function extensively but...So my bike runs pretty good except I have my stock pilot 45, in oregon, and fuel screw turned out 3.5-4 turns, my resident bike expert sorta friend said that I should drop in a 48, my bike starts easy everytime and idles well, so my question is should I throw in a 48 anyway (even if everything is good), and would I see a overall increase in throttle response throughout the lower range (someone told me this)...thanks in advance

Put in the 48 and go with 2 turns out on the fuel screw.
