yz450f oil change help?

Hi can somebody tell me how i do a compete oil change on a 2005 yz450f, as i only have a manual for the 426... cheers!!

Same way exactly, except you fill at the ignition cover rather than the frame dip stick.

The manual tells you to remove about 6 little drain bolts to complete the oil change. And even to open the frame...

I am a bit lazy sometimes and only open the main drainbolt, the little pipe on the side (at the bottom) and the oil filter...

The only drain points I use are the frame drain, the crankcase drain, and the filter.

Gray, what exactly do you mean by the frame drain? Do you mean the pipe that enters the crankcase below the oil filter? Or do you mean on the frame itself when the screen is? Cos I know if I do it the same as you it would be OK? :thumbsup:

I mean the drain bolt, not the oil line. It's just better not to disturb the lines if you don't have to.
