WA Plate on WR450

I've read that the easiest way to street legalize my WR450 is to get it tagged in OR and transfer it up here. Is there a way around that so that I can just get WA plates straight away? If not, do I need an OR address to get the DOL down there to give me plates? Anyone care to lend me their mailing address? :thinking:
