The lowering radator kit is 50.00 retail.
And seen a pipe last weekend on a friends bike.
Would like to know how to choose between Ti or stainless on pipe and if there would be any other choices for a slip on like White Brothers.

SS is cheaper and stronger, but heavier.

If you lower the radiators you need the lower head pipe. I run this set up on both of my bikes and it works real well. I also prefer the stainless head pipe. It is stronger and the weight difference is not noticeable.

So the radiator lowering kit works on the 450 also ? Last year when I looked at the Dr. D site it only listed the kit for 250's.

Yes they have it now for the 450F.
Seams like we are going with the stainless head pipe.
Could i get some advice on the slip on, what should i go with.
Stainless or carbon and should i get one that takes the insert for spark arestor.

The carbon setup requires frequent repacking or they tend to crack. I would get the spark arrester then you have the option to run it or not.
