YZ450 06' what shock oil should I use?

Does anyone know what wieght shock oil that I should in my 450 06' shock.

I have rebuilt shocks before and have a nitrogen bottle with all the right fittings and gauges.

Yamaha specifies "S1" fluid, which is their proprietary suspension oil. It's very expensive, and frankly not that great. Maxima Light Shock Fluid (3wt) is a close equivalent that's both more reasonably priced and holds up better.
