2007 YZ450's

My brother and I both purchased 07 YZ450's. We both jetted to the 48/170 combo. The popping on my bike completely stopped. My brothers bike still pops. Do you think his air screw needs to be adjusted? Do you think its not on the stock setting? Thanks for your help.

Of course it needs to be adjusted. It will need to be adjusted just about anytime the weather or altitude changes significantly. You should own an an extended fuel screw for each bike.
