Eigth digit from the end of the serial number will tell you the year.2000 is a Y,2001 is a 1,2002 is a 2,2003 is a 3,2004 is a 4,2005 is a 5,and so on.......moose.

If you go by that, his must be a 1981 model ©. Once again, it's the tenth digit.

But the year identifiers you posted are correct.

after more accurate measurements of the forks, I can say are 48

but as you can see the triple clamps are different between each other (upper and lower)...is it normal? :applause:

I blew the picture up to see it well enough to make the first statement I made regarding the forks, and the caps and the appearance of the upper tube is what made me suggest it was an '04 48mm fork. Can't really see the lower clamp very well due to the radiator scoop, but it does look a lighter color. Could be a mixed set of '04-'05 clamps. The upper looks like an '04. Both years had the same bore and offset dimensions.

this frame number is JYACJ03C73A00****.......(asterisc are hidden numbers)

tenth?...eight?...from the bottom? :applause:

yeah this bike was previously owned by Rocco Siffredi, Hard team is his logo



.........so it's a '03, probably with upgraded forks
