my manual says 195 m3 for quantity of oil i don't know what that converts to.
how much do i need?
i have .8 of a liter now and if i get another 1L = 1.8 L.
Will i have enough to do the inner and outer forks?

I assume you mean that your manual says 195 cm3 which equals 195cc and 195ml, so the 800ml you have would be plenty in that case.

You should have enough. You'll need 12oz (355 ml) for each outer, and each inner takes a little less than that, although the amount isn't specified; the inners are filled to a particular level.
