Just installed a new GYT-R can and Ti header, and the connection where the header bolts up to the engine is at an angle (ie, one side of the header plate is closer to the engine than the other). Is the header supposed to sit flat in (equal distance from the flange at both the nut and the bolt on each side) or does it sit in therekinda crooked? Anyone get what I'm trying to explain?

Header should sit flat on the head. Did you try installing it on it's own without the muffler section on?
