Just bought a couple of Pro Circuit Adjustable Fuel Screws for my 07 450f and my cousins 2007 crf 150r I was wondering if there are any tips/tricks to install it.

I have a race tommorow (sunday( so I was wondering if this is something I could do tonight easily?

If you have a screwdriver small and short enough to remove the OEM screw without rolling the carb in its mounts, it's easy enough. Remove the stock screw, spring, washer, and O-ring (the O-ring likes to stick in the bore) and assemble them onto the new screw in that same order. Lube the O-ring by rubbing it between your lightly greased fingers.

If you lack that short screwdriver, pull the tank, take the ties off the hot start cable and TPS harness, and remove the top engine mounts (we're talking about the 450 here). Then loosen the carb isolator and the air boot clamp, and roll the carb to the right so that you can get at the screw with something longer.
