Has anyone mounted these to an 07 450F I purchased the tripple clamp mounts and they come no where near the correct place. I emailed them and said I should have no problem with the side mount application.

I ran into the same problem. The original bar mounts that come with the probends worked out just fine, so I took the tripple clamp mounts back. Otherwise, you will have to heat and bend your handgaurds until they fit.
