What are these oil filters like?

They are brass mesh filters that are very similiar to K&N's and Emgo's. I personally use K&N's, so I'd say they would work fine.

IMO, brass mesh filters are the worst of the 3 possible choices of oil filter types:

1) Stainless mesh (Scotts)

2) OEM type "Paper"

3) OEM type brass mesh
