Jetting for 300 feet altitude.

Now my main jet is 175 and I was wondering if that`s good for my altitude. Also can you suggest which needle clip position to use, or is this just trial & error? Temperature around here is 50 at the moment but it will be around 75.

Most people run 165-170 mains at sea level.
