Anyone tried the Rocky Moutain brand oil filters?
Good? Bad?

Tusk First Line Oil Filter. There about $3 each was thinking of giving it a try.

I wondered about these, but for a dollar more, you can get Honda filters from a couple of sources on the net... RM has the HP4 oil at about $2.00 a quart less(retail price $8.00 per/qt + taxes here) if you buy the 6 pack and take advantage of the free shipping deal..FYI :applause:

Was wondering this also...think I agree with Phil...go with the Honda for a buck more.

I don't have link for Honda Oil filters....anyone?

RM probably has the best deal on oil.

This is a good point. I take the prices to my dealer and they match them, lets me buy local. They probably think I'm chiseling them but if they were competative, there would not be any dot com competition.

I just bought one and compared it to the honda and a fram and they all look like they were made at the same place. But how they work, don't know yet. I will say my clark tank cap was cracking and I bought the tusk and it fits good and looks even better.

I have been using them for several months. They work great. The quality looks as good or better than the K&N filters I used to run.
