YZ timing correct spacing

I'm changing my 99 WR to YZ timing and can't locate the correct spacing between the links I remember seeing it mention before but I didn't save it and I can seem to locate it in the archives. Can some one tell me where I can get more info.

Mike;
You need to go from 13 (stock) to 12
If you need more detailed instructions, I have a fax here at home and can fax instructions to you.
