marks different on chain adjustment

Adjusted my chain today on my 06 yz450f and found that after I did the top marks are the same (set on 3and1/2) both sides. But however the left side block the sprocket side at the bottom is on the 4th mark and the right side bottom block mark is 3and1/2 the same as the top marks of both blocks. Is something wrong and will this cause the wheel to be out of align.
