yeah looks kitbashed, you can see the original panel underneath.

You can do similar by cutting the stock panels

CRF side panels, xr 650r fuel tank and shrouds, and a wore out drivechain, see the kink, in front of the rear chainwheel?

The tank is Aloop with CR250 shrouds, not XRR.
