What is a good setting for the rear suspension sag?

Do a forum search (option is at the top of the page) for "sage." You'll get quite a few results, with information on how to measure it and set it as well.

Just set it at 100mm and call it a day ... Oh and stay away from them herbal things ... "Sage" :applause: ...

Go to Common Threads (top of the index), scroll down to Suspension: Basic suspension adjustment, and follow the links.

On an '04, 100mm is OK. If it still pushes the front too hard, try going to 95mm.
