This is only my second dirtbike (I'm mostly a street guy/roadracer and 40yrs old) but I can't wait to ride it. This is replacing my 2001 WR426 which is now up for sale.

Anywho, it will mostly be used as a motard (I have a series that runs on a track 5min from my house) but it will get some time on the MX practice track at Raceway Park and some trail riding in PA.

Stumpy's Yamaha in Neptune, NJ....$6800 OTD and 25% off of all gear and parts (to use whenever).

I was going back and forth between Stumpy's and Monmouth cycles and he ended up beating them by $50 and the 25% discount on parts and gear. I was really kind of pissed at Monmouth since I purchased my last 2 GSXR's from them at MSRP and was told by the salesman that he would give me a great deal and not to worry "I'll hook you up". However, I left him a msg asking if he could beat the $6800 and 25% discount and he never bothered to return my call.:applause: So from here on out, I will never do any business with Monmouth Cycles and I'll do my best to point people to other dealers in the area. (and in the last 3 years, I purchased 5 new motorcycles so its their loss)

OMG.....the Motorcycle Mall is the biggest rip off dealer in NJ. Do a search on www.tristatesportbikes.com or www.sportbikeaddicts.com and you will not find 1 person to recomend that place.

Do yourself a favor and take the money you saved and go to mickey kessler and get the suspension dialed in. He will replace the fork seals and revalve them for your weight and riding ability. These bikes have soooooo much power, the best investment is getting the suspension dialed in to keep the power to the ground. Best of luck with it.
