Just saw on the website that the June 8-10 WORCS race originally scheduled to be at Washougal has been moved to Riverdale Raceway. Could be a repeat of the Grizzly HS!

I'd think at that time of the year, there will be moisture left to keep dust down...or was the grizzly muddy? Didn't go and cannot remember what the posts said about the event.

I'm a bit baffled by the change. Same as the next round at Straddleline instead of Burnt Ridge.

Must be a cost issue. I know Washougal is REALLY expensive to rent these days.

The Grizzly was super dusty as it was held at the end of August after a long dry streak. This year it will be in April, so hopefully the Grizzly and the WORCS race won't be too dusty or too muddy.

I can only compare it to the WORCS race at Cinebar (Burnt Ridge) and there was plenty of tight stuff there but overall it was probably not quite as tight as some of the Grizzly HS stuff from last year. The GHS at Riverdale was tight but it also had some WFO areas and the lap of the MX track. So I guess the answer to your question would be that I expect it to be similar to the Cinebar race.

The GHS was a great race but I forgot my camelbak which was a very bad move in that heat and dust. Fortunately I'm a short-courser.
