Just wondering if Oregon titles dirtbikes. Anyone know?

Well, if I got the VIN number, is there a way to see if a bike has ever been titled in any state?

You don't have to title in Oregon. The dealers try to get you to but you can request the MSO (Manufacturer's Statement of Origin ). Your vin # is all you need for an off road sticker. If you want to get insurance or plate the bike then you'll need a title. It's perfectly legal to sell a bike with a Bill of Sale.

I would expect the DMV could do this for you. I have done this to see if a bike had been titled in Oregon.
