how do you photoshop different graphics onto another bike?

you can draw them or you can cut them off of another bike with the polygonal lasso tool, then paste them onto the bike you are working with and resize them to fit.......

You can use the pen tool, though it takes a bit to get used to.

what is the best for the rims? i use the magnetic lasso but it always misses a bunch of spots.

That's because of the shading, it's either too dark or too light. You can click to define your own point, you get a better picture.

for rims and other stuff that has a lot of change in color/lightness i just the polygonal lasso tool, you can click pretty close to gether and make it very close to purfect

Can you take a 04'Crf250r and add  White Plastic with a white seat cover,  black frame, red hubs, black rims, red perches on the clutch and brake, and a red triple clamp....If you could do that it would be greatly appreciated....
