Hey guys I know that people have used an Acerbis XR400R Disk/Fork Cover and modified it slightly and mounted it on an XR650R. I have tried locating these and apparently Acerbis has discontinued them. This one. http://www.acerbis.c...lica_honda.html

Does anyone know of anyone who has them in stock or another set that will fit the XR650R?

Thanks for the help!

Seems like a waste plastic covering metal that needs air to cool it off?? And if something hits it: Breaks and then rubs on the metal to melt of worse.

I've heard of guys making their own fork guards out of pvc piping...

Get the stuff that will fit over it, and get a dremel tool to cut out the openings. I haven't done it yet, but apperantly its supposed to work pretty nicely...
