I am not really interested in buying or selling right now but rather looking into the possibility of a career change. I've been a contractor for 30 years and have had enough. Anyone willing to talk? It would be appreciated!

*I'm in the Portland area.

I can discuss financing options with you. Restructuring your financing may be the most convenient and less expensive way to go. Russ. 888-745-2524

My wife signed up for a course on-line through prudential. Took her about 6 months working on it part-time in the evenings.
She just landed a position with Prudential real estate in Bend. She is looking forward to it. Send me a PM if you want more specific information.

Jeez Clayman if you're used to actually working it might drive you crazy to get out of it. Selling houses is a good gig if you stay busy. Maybe we can show you the good riding sometime.
