Are XRR and XRL hubs interchangeable?

Looking at a set of XRR hubs for a spare set of dirt wheels. I'm wondering if the axels are the same and what I would need to do about the lack of speedo drive on the XRR (I'm assuming). I'm hoping they will bolt right up...

The rear wheel is a no. We put different bearings and spacers in one a made it work but, way not worth it. RAD hubs are the way I went.
