racing yzf450 gnc

i am going to race my 06 450 for the first time in a gnc it is a yzf450. I am curious to know what i can do to it to make it better in offroad situations. I have only raced moto with it and this bike is sooooooo much better than my last bike CRF450 that I cant believe more people dont get them and stop buying the honda.. Anyway thanks for any advice .. later

The minimum I would purchase would be Cycra Pro Bend or Enduro Engineering handguards, full coverage skid plate, heavy duty tubes with SLIME and a Camelbak water drinking system. If you have the funding, I would purchase a steering stabilizer too.
