Woodruff key got me, time for rebuild

I tore down my bike and found the woodruff key had sheared and caused major damage to the crank splines. Next to the woodruff key the splines are stripped, and there's no way I can put in another woodruff key in. Since I already have an '01 clutch I decided to rebuild my engine with an '01 crankshaft, '03 exhaust cam, timing chain, wiseco 13.1:1,top-end kit. Is there anything else like new bearings that I should order?
