Summer's racing is a one stop shop for the oil cooler. XR 400-style, anyways. Comes with new lines and everything. I don't know where RMHRC630 got his, but it is sick, along with the whole bike. Just needs the dual exhaust from the Baja 1000 factory bikes. What forks are those on there? And is that electric start?

The thing use to be a XR250R stock oil cooler which mounts behind the tripples and get the headlight off the 250 with the passage as well.. I think the plumbing is probably out there available stock as well. I may do one on my desertbike because I live in the uh.....desert! If I do I found a nice alluminum one on line at summet racing and itll go on the frame rail. Ill only have to tack a couple mounts on my frame and plumb it in with easily available AN fittings and clamps.

The plumbing for the XR600R is plain and simple. One pipe is in to the motor, the other is an outlet from or return to the frame from the motor. Place an oil cooler in the supply line and youll be gold.

If you are looking for a pic of the twin exhausts, this seems to be a more crude looking picture of the twin Bassani's that team Honda had on the 650 in '01. My guess is that this was during the prototyping stage.

Earles has "rail coolers" in quite a few shapes and sizes for fitment on the siderails of hotrods. You can find something from them thatll work. Go to summit racing (SP) and look for oil coolers. I found one there that Im going to use on my frame rail.
