how did you make the rear number plates look like that?
they are much slimmer than the stock RM's. They look sweet
were they transplanted or are they custom?

Heres my 87/88 all finished and out in the sun, I got the bikes in July in a million pieces and began sifting through parts till I manage to get enough to almost make 1 complete running bike. 87 frame, 88 forks, 87 cylinder, 88 piston and con rod, 87 crank clutch basket and water pump, 88 transmission, 88 PC pipe, and to top it off NO powervalve, just a block plate where the PV once was. and it runs like a champ!!

I thought I read somewhere that bike got stolen, did you get it recovered?

I love the yellow frame and graphics, so the graphics kit is $200 ???

No, the TEK kit is $200. the Team Alba kit is no where to be found...

That is not my bike but i found it on google, some one did steal it yes.

I think I posted my bike a good while back, but since have made many changes to it. It has been set up for woods racing & it rides smooth & pulls like a tractor.

At the races this bike is one of few that isn’t a KTM, but I like it mainly because the steering is better, especially in tight woods is actually better than KTM’s I have ridden. The ONLY thing I hate about this bike is that it’s a 2000. I wished I had a 2001 or 2002 so that the water pump seal could be accessed with splitting both cases.

Here are the mods:

Moose Racing hand guards & barkbusters
Tag metals oversized bars cut down to 29 inches, 30inches with barkbusters
Scott’s Steering Stabilizer
Acerbis DHH Headlight with two led flood/spotlights
Devol Radiator guard
Devol Rear Disc Guard
TM Design Works chain guide
Oversized skid plate with crankcase/ignition guards
Rekluse Z rear hand brake
Oversize rear race brake rotor
Rekluse 2.0 Auto Clutch
Wiseco Billet Forged clutch basket
After market kickstand
Clark 3.4 gallon gas tank
Endurance riding computer
Decal MX race number decals and graphics and rim tape
Suspension rebuilt and re-valve for woods racing
Eric Gorr rebuilt RM 265 cylinder ported to lug like 4 stroke
Pro Circuit pipe and R304 silencer
Rebuilt bottom end 6 months ago
Black Excel wheels
Nutech tubless tire system front and rear wheels
18 inch rear wheel conversion from 19 inch
Black and yellow plastics

I drive my RM's in the snow....what are you waiting for?  I test drove the bike for about 3 gears and decided to buy it.....not to mention the price I paid ($1300).  I just figured out how to adjust the carb....she starts 1st kick, even after sitting outside in 15F weather all night....sweet.  A big change from my 96 RM250 I just sold.Posted Image
