Have a question concerning an out of spec adjustment inside my forks. I have a 2006 yz450.
The Manuel told me to check the lock nut tolerance as compared to the lower rebound nut when turned on finger tight. A .002 - .004 gap should be there. My one fork was ok but the other had a much larger gap say around .008in gap, the Manuel is very vague on how to adjust the lock nut to bring it into spec. Any help is appreciated.
Also what is the best way to tell if you got all the air out of the inner chamber, the rod has a smooth flow and extends by itself but the last inch of travel it becomes really slow before fully extended. Thank you in advance!
