A 140/80 MT21 will run fine on a 650R, and I'm 95% sure on a 650L. By the way, I think the 130/90 MT21 is actually a smidge wider. Either way there should be no problems.

i have the mt-21 140x80-18 on my 06 xrl... no probs and looks good too ;-)
