Im thinking about getting a2001 XR650L. It already has a full white brothers exhaust system on it. Ive heard of a lot of jetting upgrades and others, can you tell me what works best(air filter, desmog, gearing, jetting)? Thanks

This has been discussed about one million times here. Now that the searching is working, give it a try and you will find tons of info. Look for "Dave's mods."

As far as what works best, it would be helpful to know what you are planning on doing. 100% road, 100% dirt or somewhere in between?
