New wife moving in and I have my owners manuals in storage.

Anyone know how much oil in the crank, and how much in the sump?
Thanks, don't wanna guess.
2004 YFZ 450

Appreciate the info.

YFZ 450 quad. Same motor as the YZ.
Thanks, I found out:
.40 liter in the crank w/new filter
1.45 liter in the sump.

Did a search, hundreds of others had the same question at one time.

Since the oil in a YZF is not carried in the engine, the amount will vary with the size of the oil tank provided. Post your question in the Quad forum.
