Is there a trick to getting the seat to fit after installing an IMS tank. My doesn't want to fit that great...I hacked away at the little 'button' that the top of the seat slides into but it barely fits.

What year of bike? Are you sure you got the tanks mounts installed correctly? There's a chance that if you may have got a WR tank and not a YZ tank, that might be your problem also...

It's an '06. The tank mounted perfectly and the shrouds were a breeze. It's the seat that's giving me fits.

I have an Acerbis, but I've had the little rubber pull tab
that holds the rear of the tank down get stuck under
the seat, making it really hard to push the seat forward.
