Need to replace the clutch arm seal on my 90 XR600R
I guess I will replace the seal and bearing while it's out?

Can I just pull the arm out of the case or do I have to remove the side case?

Any helpful advice/tips as I haven't done this before.

PS Is the extended clutch arm worthwhile in reducing clutch pull?
Seems a good time to do it if I am.

to change the seal on MOST bikes {dont know about the 600} all you need to do is:

-detach the cable
-spin the whole arm and shaft 1/2 a turn
-pull it up and out
-pop out the seal

if you want to do the bearing you will have to remove the cover.
