How much of a change were the seat dimensions from 01' to 02'?

Will a 2002 seat fit a 2001?

It would be pretty pathetic if all Honda changes for the last year of their legendary 2 stroke motocross machine is some stinkin' stickers. At the same time, it would not surprise me in the least, being a multiple CR500 owner (almost unchanged since 1991-2001)

Anyone else? I can't find any ads that say anything about new stuff for 07 at all!

Unfortunately he is right. I'm pretty sure it was BNG for 06' too.

There is nothing new compared to the '06 except for BNG and maybe...just maybe...some minor valving changes in the suspension.

Thanks Faded! I'm gonna purchase one soon to do a cr500 conversion is why I was wondering. Looks like I can look for any 05+ and never look back.

i know the frame changed on the 2000's, but do you know if an '01 swingarm would fit a '99?

The swingarms changed too (longer) but should still fit...the motors all interchange meaning that the swingarm pivot bolt is the same dia. so you should be good to go.
