Thinking of racing an enduro in a couple weeks(Stoneyford). The flyer says it's about a 45 mile loop. 100 mile total. Can I make the 45 on a stock tank? 07 yz450f. Will be my first enduro.

If it's pretty open riding and you are in the higher gears it should be fine for one loop but I wouldn't try it if it is tight woods riding. I ride a 426 but my buddy rides a 450 and we seem to use about the same amount of fuel when we ride.
