All the rego gear came off ,sprockets,subframe extension,muffler,overflow bottle,side stand,heat guard on the header,used lighter bolts and nuts,stuff like that.........

Ok weskc35k, your work is like mine.

.........RC30 whar was your nett loss with the new front end?...............

Sorry, what do you mean? Weight........money?

RC30, you are doing a wonderful job of listing all your modifications!?

There is more weight to be lost though, Titanium axles, swing arm pivot bolt and fasteners through out the bike can shave off a few more grams.

Lighter seat foam, cover, Titanium sprockets and chain. Also there has to be a lighter rear shock with a titanium shock spring.

Ciao rebelventurer, the titanium shock spring is a good idea but........I have a best idea, which you will see later...........:confused:.........?

......I see you getting to 290lbs!.

Mmmhhhhh.......I hope many lbs lower............:confused:

Idea for rear shock, On one of my sons pit bikes we used a Fox racing air shock, what was remarkable was the fact that it only weighed 1.1 lbs I dont know if they have larger model available, but I know they can be valved for many different setups, and are highly adjustable:thumbsup: check them out at.... http://www.foxracingshox.com/fox_moto/moto_index.htm

Heres a 650 that weighs 275, but given the same attention you are giving yours it would weigh 250lbs or less... http://www.build-stuff.com/CRF650.htm
