metal shavings in oil filter

I took the filter out and their was a tun of metal shavings on it. Is this normal?

No. Unless by tun, you mean a few flakes the size of finely ground pepper.

it it was a few little pepper grains then yes, where you by any chance breaking in a new bike?

Isn't this the same one on which you ground the pressure plate against the inside of the clutch cover? What did you expect?

O yeah thats probably where the metal came from. Right now the clutch don't work. I put it in gear and pull the clutch in and try to roll it and tires stay locked.
